I want to add to this! When I move a constructor onto a shipyard it fortifys instead of adding modules. I was wondering if shipyards will have modules in the future?

Try saving the game and reloading that seemed to helped me when that happened.

I would rather have them bugs fixed instead of having a lets ignored them bugs and move on button.
