I tried changing it, but it is still glitchy. Maybe it got a bit better, but it is still glitchy. I rarely touch the screen because it's not natural for me. But touching is much more accurate.
Windows 7 style with the Windows 10 button I've been having this problem from the start across two different Surface Pro 3's.
Is anyone else having issues of a glitchy Start10 icon? I've had this problem for the longest time on my Surface Pro 3. When I hover over the Start10 icon and click it, it the menu flashes for a second and then closes. I have to click again to get the menu to pop up. This has been extremely annoying and makes Start10 so frustrating to use that I wish I never bought it. I have to train myself to either tap on the icon with my finger or use the Window key shortcut on my keyboard to make sur
