I believe there is a file in the IconPackager directory called Activate.lng. (at least, I think thats the name... away from my home computer right now so I cant be sure) If you delete this file, then reinstall, it might fix your problem. Can anyone back me up on this?

We've been looking at this kind of thing as well, but for XP we've had to settle with wallpapers. Full-screen animation can get very expensive, but it is getting relatively less so over time. What is your screen resolution? What are the dimensions of the picture that is being applied? Do you use DesktopX or IconX?

Umm, dude, what year is it? How could there be timestamps of 2007 on any files? Also, even since that cd was mailed out, there were likely product updates. Stardock is very good about implementing suggestions and fixing bugs with quick release times. Think of it as a convenience that they do this, since that way YOU get a higher quality product.
