I gots to get my paws on that XP 43-bit!

That is likely because that is a skin utilizing translucent titlebars. Have you been able to use a WB5-featured skin with WindowFX the way you are describing before?
The painting mode is whether the area within the margins will be tiled or stretched as the size of the area it needs to cover increases. Some elements also have smarter options that let you tile horizontally while stretching vertically, and vice versa. Try making your margins a little bit wider if you can get away with it.
Hmm, can you show a screenshot? (print-screen key, paste in paint, save as jpg, toss onto www.photobucket.com )
You need to apply the original Windows logon before you uninstall. (Also, how can something that only affects the login screen affect procedures after you log in? Sounds fishy to me... better scan for adware/spyware/viruses)
Steve, you should just relax, and stop trying to make this so 'politically correct'. Zoomba has taken the step of informing our community of a cool update to Shapeshifter, and if you dont like how the article was written, take it up with him in a private manner, either email or chat. If that had been the article it is now, I'd have probably though 'well laaaa-deee-daaa' and not taken a look. However, due to the funny nature of it, I now have learned that a new version's been released, and it
ObjectDock has two rendering settings... optimize for performance, and optimize for looks. Properties - General - Performance Options. Change it to Optimize for Memory, and make other tweaks as needed and see if that helps you out. Another tip is changing the zoom width from the default 5 icons (I think) to something like three. In my opinion, that looks better anyways. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/
YARRRRRRRRRRRRRR! *cough* I mean... there have been reports of the folder being empty once you purchase, but since I havent purchased, I cant confirm this. Please email [email protected] if no resolution presents itself here in this thread. I'll keep an eye out for further details as well.
Alrighty! Just wanted to know where I should point people.
T-man, are you going to provide a method for users to provide feedback to the site developers with problems? I know we've been going through Thumper, but do you want everyone to email him with problems?
Theres an important distinction to make here: mimic2003 is likely referring to the Suite created by Stardock Design specifically for Florida State University. It was a joint effort between FSU and Stardock Design to create a unique user experience for their fans. Permission was given throughout the entire process. In order to utilize the tradmarked and copyrighted logos and banners for the teams in the NFL, p
First! Happy b-day man!
ObjectBAR or ObjectDOCK?
We (DoctorNick and myself) reviewed TopDesk on UnderTheSkin, and also caught the eye (or ear, in this case) of the TopDesk developers. They were kind enough to give us each a free copy of the software, and we were very impressed by the product both in the trial and full versions. Its been awhile since I used it, but now that I have a laptop, I might find myself needed to access the different programs I have open in an efficient way. Perhaps TopDesk can help with that! <img src="http://images.
Contrary to popular belief, Stardock is not an unlimited fountain of resources and people. They are a small company, and as a result, must direct resources to what they feel is most important. As stated on several occasions, the current focus is the re-vamp of WinCustomize for the coming year. I would suggest emailing [email protected] again with your question about SoundPackager, making an attempt to use proper grammar and punctuation. There is much less chance of getting filtered out as
Is the inside team going to get newer development versions ahead of the market? No. The most that the team would recieve would be the beta versions that are available to anyone with an Object Desktop subscription.
Must. Not. Comment.... >_
I do it because I like seeing what I've created being used by others. I like the sharing, and I enjoy being able to create something that others enjoy using.
What the hey?! w00t! Congrats, hope you have a good one. (I dont have classes today! Just wanted to rub it in. )
w00t! I'm gonna be needing that Vista version of WB once my new laptop gets here.
Port ? A fancy name for " rip " Hmm, I wouldnt say that. A rip implies that permission hasnt been granted, while a port DOES have permission to be distributed.
Digital3000, is this the Firefox theme in the Liquidox suite you are referring to?
It's the start button and I'm using a Dutch version of Windows XP SP2 A non-english version of Windows will change the length of the All Programs text, meaning that the button image will be adjusted as you're seeing. Hmmm...
Multiplicity works best with a number of computer/monitor combinations in close proximity to one another where each computer's monitor can easily be seen and read from one position. I recall Brad (Frogboy) talking about how he went on quests in Warcraft (I think) with his son this way... I thought it was an excellent way to spend time together! <img s
