I will... what is your current email address? I'll email the invite. ( @ Jafo... )

Its simply a renamed zip file... just rename the file from whatever.zip to whatever.odock. However! You probably dont need to upload as a .odock file if you're just submitting a png icon. Just put it in a zip file, and upload it... the submission requirements are for ObjectDock themes. Dont worry about that.
Try reading the skinningthedock.txt file that is located in your ObjectDock folder.

Hey guys, this is an excellent project! I've been thinking of a Star Trek UI mod, since I have experience with DesktopX, and I wouldnt mind being part of this project. I also have server space available if we want to have a central download place from which we can share designs and ideas. Would this be of use?
[support] What email address did you use? To be fair, you dont even need the CD key to install the game. Thats the reason that its trying to connect to the internet... it needs to check the key to make sure its valid. Just dont enter a CD key during the installation, and you should be fine. [/support]
Excellent! Definately a good choice for such an honor. Starone is a great person, and has creative skin designs. "Bestow on you the rank of Jedi Master, the council does."

Its a limitation in the game now... ships cannot see farther than that no matter what. Prevents your 'advantage' from becoming unfair.
This post will remain... others will disappear.
Saber probably came as a .zip, when it should have been a .wba. Rename the file to Saber.wba and you should be fine.
Happy Birthday
You could paypal me some money and I could see what I could do.... Scion, what kinda car?
Good thing we're going to university... we gotta learn some math! GMT-7 and GMT-5 != 3 hours lol. See you guys next week!
Stardock does have a gadget de-compiler that they can use to re-create a widget from a gadget in case of the creature loosing sourcecode etc.
Thomassen is correct. Gadgets cannot 'disected', so you are safe to use your code in the building of a gadget, and only distribute that executable file.
WindowBlinds will (and currently is) supported by Vista. (or rather, Windowblinds supports that OS) There is nothing to indicate that Vista will be able to use the extensive visual styles that currently exist for WindowBlinds, so there will surely be benefits to using WindowBlinds with Vista.
Has anyone thought for a second that maybe the 'big names' would be at a disadvantage? I'd love for them to compete, but I think that they are going to be seen as the 'pros' by the judges, which might hinder their ability to win prizes. Just a thought I had. 3am here, so I'm heading to bed.
Whats new in 2.0? Have you had to rewrite stuff for it?
Techically, you should be able to just use the DXPlayer plugin to connect to it. Its a little more complicated than that, but I've been playing around with the idea myself, and thats the approach that I'm trying to use for it.
I think that both Beesley and fjord have excellent ideas! Either one of those plans would work well, and allow the 'great skinners of Stardock' to participate.
