Dude....this wasnt our/their fault..... WindowBlinds DOES NOT TOUCH the UXtheme.dll file. Ever. It just doesnt. Wanna know why? (this is the best part) It doesnt touch it because all it does is tell Windows to get its UI info from WBlinds.dll instead. Meaning not only does WB not touch UXtheme.dll, it keeps windows from touching it. The only thing left is the USER touching it, or some other prog. Therefor, this is your problem, and not o

Target the folder in a regular shortcut, and either hit "Display this folder as a menu" or else click and hold the shortcut for one second. That should get it doing what you want.
