Here in Canada socialized medicine, overall, means that per capita we pay less for health care through taxes than you would through private channels in the states.
Well, right now, do you know how much my family pays for healthcare? Zero. So, having socialized medicine will help me how? I live very close to Canada, and oddly enough, our insurance agent is Canadian. Does she use her US healthcare or Canadian? She uses the US because there

We'll also be uploading a couple gadgets for it in the near future.
The problem with socialized medicine is that it will cost the tax payers way more per year than it would to buy private insurance. Once the government gets involved, everything becomes very poorly managed and wasteful. Hell, I'll pay in to Social Security my entire life. Social Security is expected to be bankrupt about 5 years before I retire. Great job, government! I totally believe in putting money where your mouth is. I give money to people when I feel
As a note for Aquarium Desktop- the update is to bring it up to Vista compatibility. Since that is just really a compatibility fix, it is free to anyone who already purchased it. We plan to have that released within a couple weeks.
neophil, when you get them done, email me screenshots for approval. email angie at stardock dot com
Yeah, send me screenshots of the finished skin for approval. Also, use angie instead of amarshall so that I can find it through all the spam.
Only the new subscriber skin is all that will be released at this time unencrypted. You should submit your email at the support link here WWW Link
Actually, we are in the process of adding all non-IP related zip files. They will be available for the subscriber discount downloads only. As of Friday, we were verifying the contents of the zip files and pulling the part numbers that they are associated with. So, it should be very soon that those zip files
sure they're not ducks?
They might be...I probably should see if they weigh the same as a witch.
crapmaro.
Whoa, now- don't be dissin' the Camaro! Thems are fightin' words!
I have a bag of money.....well, it's actually pennies that I need to turn in to get dollars for my daughter. I think there is a hat in there, a spare tire, and probably some spiders or other bugs.
There is a severe problem with this skin's start menu design on Vista. I have my taskbar on the top of my screen. When I click the Start button, the User Picture appears RIGHT on top of the start button and is clicked, forcing me to open the User Accounts section of the Control panel. Please move the user icon to the right hand side of the start panel.
It's a user pic positioning issue. The problem is that, if we move it, it makes the standard use of the taskbar
considering that you can get DVDs for $10 at Wal-Mart.
oh..god...don't bring Wally World into this. Do you even know what they do to get prices that low? Wal-Mart- it's everything that's wrong with America wrapped up in one nice little package. But, hey! If you think it's too much money- don't buy it. I think a Porsche is too much money. I can get a Cobalt for 1/6th the price. I think they should lower the price of the Porsch
no karma for you ya little asshat.
When you wear your ass as a hat.... Anyway, back on topic- I always find it funny when people complain about the cost of goods or how artists are "ripping off" people. It's like talent and hard work has no worth. Yet, they are fine driving their SUV's getting less than 20 mpg to McDonald's to buy a super siz
You will be missed Sir Fuzzy the Chocolate eater, but it sounds like your break will be good for the soul. You have had such a long time of struggle, it seems fitting that you get some time to just enjoy the good stuff that is happening. The door is always open, so come back when you want!
Again, the only difference between 10,000BC and today is the number of people. SO the question becomes - which ones do we do away with?
The type of waste is much different. It's not like they were making petroleum products that won't decompose or creating nuclear wastes. They also didn't kill animals just because the animals were "over populating" the area. Humans destroy. That's what we do. For being the "top of the food chain", we sure
What bothers me about the foreclosures is that people aren't even trying to keep their houses and pay the debt they owe. At least in Michigan, they have a bankruptcy class that basically keeps them for foreclosing in exchange for an appropriate payment plan. you still have to pay, but it keeps you from losing your house. Instead, people are just saving the payments that they should be making and waiting for foreclosure. I know somebody who is living with their parents
I've changed the way I eat and exercise through my whole life. However, I get lazy and just don't do it now and then. Lately, I've been in a habit of exercising (elliptical and recumbent bike- two of the machines my Dr approves). How did I do it? I put a TV in my work out room. The cat hates me for it (that's her room) but she'll get over it. I won't give up coffee. It's the one vice I'm keeping. I only drink soda a couple times a week (if that
who created the actual artwork
ChaNinja did it all ;) It's all original. He's the one that did the entire Molten skin along with upgrading the animated Dragon to use in the Dragon Theme.
Elsius, the first one is called Gloss Burgundy, and it will be released very soon. Since we know we are behind, there will be another one (not sure which one that it will be since there are two in production for OD right now) about a month after that one is released, then we will get back on schedule.
If all I had in my future was pain, then I had nothing to look forward to.
You just have to look at life differently when you have constant pain. It's not the end of the world, it just changes your life a bit. It's amazing what you can adjust to if you have to. Once you know it's not going away, your brain learns to deal with it better. I don't think that money has to be the only thing you give. I help people with money when I can, and u
Ewww...crunchy! Ewwwww....
I have a special little pouch that my daughter puts her teeth in when they fall out. It's a lot easier to find! The only problem is if she falls asleep holding it. :NOTSURE:

Some of you may have noticed that I have been MIA for the past couple weeks. Well, I'm not dead ;) Week before last, I was where some of you would be very jealous of. Where was that? In Las Vegas at a Harley-Davidson dealer show: Stardock makes two desktop themes ("RAW" and "Classic"). One is available on <a href="https://www.stardock.com/products/mycolo
