There is room for everyone to play in this area and learn from each other. We used to have multiple high profile skinning sites that "competed" with each other, but we all got along. This should be no different. I will say right out that Software is not easy to do. However, it's easy to take for granted what Stardock has built up over the years, so comparing a new solution to it is like comparing apples to apple blossoms. It takes time, development and
Hyperdesk was hyped. Evaluating it is fair. Being asses is not.
True. We should be treating this thread as any other on here, and that goes for TSF, too. Bashing on people is not acceptable, no matter what. So, let's try and keep it civil and a discussion instead of a flame war.
Erlend, We are replacing that with at least 4 full themes per year. They will have a WB, icons, wall(s), and gadgets.
My Mom recommends tomato juice and saltines. Saved me from dying after my bachelorette party ;)
you shouldn't have taken the gadget shot of "sunny day" when it was clearly storming
oh the irony!
With this issue, is it that you bought Toon for XP, and now you can redownload it?
How did you install? Was it on its own, or through Impulse? Have you tried uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling? Are you running any other Desktop customization software?
I never said they didn't learn. They just get taught too much crap with the good acceptable stuff.
And, how is that different than 20 years ago? You never can have a perfect learning environment, especially when you have such diverse classrooms.
I heard about this boycott last week.
They are spawn of the devil, you should avoid them no matter what. I hate McDonald's.
I'm not sure what "my way of the highway" means, but it is my way or the highway.
Get over yourself, already. We could spend all day picking on spelling and mistakes. Who cares? If you can't see the intent of writing, then you'll never be a good communicator. Back on topic- McDonald's has
my colors sunny does not instsall,it does not recpgnize serial
Can you give more information? What is the exact error that you receive? What version is the MyColors that you are running? What OS do you use?
There is no standard for gadgets in the themes. They are "bonuses" to the theme. A base theme is a WB, wall, 26+ icons (most have over 50 icons and some even more). We try to get a weather gadget into all themes, some have media players, clocks, calendars, etc, but those are not core theme components. We are in the process of updating our system to allow OD subscribers to download a zip files of the individual components with their purchase. As I stated elsewhe
Technically, a full icon pack is only 26 icons. There are 26 core icons in Windows that you will find in every pack. Past that, if the artist puts more in, there will be more in the theme. If we standardize it, then that wouldn't happen. Icons are the most time consuming part of a theme. The theme would have to cost more if we required more icons per theme. It takes as much time to make the icon pack as it does all the other elements in the theme combined
Will this Version have Vista64bit support?
Yes, these are the major features: Vista 64 bit support Substyle support Wallpaper tab (so you can easily change just the wall that you are using) We also worked out a way to compress animations so that animated start menus are more efficient.
We have been asking for the same type of verification for over 10 years and have never had an issue. It is our policy to request that type of information, and we plan to continue to use this policy. To be clear about this, the only time that is requested (or your serial number) is when you are wanting to change your email address. If you email for support from your registered email address, no information is requested.
I happen to have children who eat Doritos
My daughter loves Doritos. I let her eat them after dinner for a snack now and then. I also let her eat other junk food. At the fireworks this year, she had a snow cone, chips, popcorn, part of an elephant ear (I hope people know what that is)..and a can of pop. She also has a BMI of 14. I guess I'm doing something wrong since she eats junk food and is still on the low end of normal weight. Oh
I probably would have responded the same way to your comment. At some point, people have to actually think about the situation and comment on it, not a generalization. When you were a kid, did you only eat healthy foods? Or, did you get a treat now and then, like at the 4th of July FIREWORKS? Read what you said. You didn't outright say that you thought he was being a bad parent, but how else is somebody supposed to take "Come on David... don't let the kid gor
Brad and I share the same DISC profile and political profile. It's just so very wrong.
nothing more and nothing less
Actually, that isn't true. It has an animated start menu (the NBA teams do not). It's basically for people who like basketball but don't want a team specific theme. RockStar is waiting on MyColors 2.5 to be released. 2.5 supports substyles, and RockStar has substyles.
Wii Fit rocks! I log mine every day. I also like looking at the graphs as they really show your pattern of weight loss and Wii age.
So...how DO they pierce your nose? They must make the hole before they put the stud in, right? I'm curious.
They put a cork in your nose to make sure they only pierce the nostril, then they use a bent piercing needle to make the hole. They follow the needle through with the stud, and it's done. I found being pierced by a needle a lot more pleasant than a gun. It's more of a pressure sensation than that nasty pinching feeling that you get from a gun.&nbs
