Nice to see you, Elf!
JavaBrain
oops...sorry, I meant the other thread, not this thread (been switching back and forth too much and confusing myself.......which isn't too hard!)
I would like to mention that this post isn't about (at least I didn't mean for my part to be) an l0c versus Brad post. It was simply stating for once the "good" feelings towards Brad versus bad stuff that is thrown at him. We haven't heard from l0c since he posted his thread (at least not that I've seen), so nobody knows why he said what he did.
He doesn't *always* smell...........
Crae, Earlier you asked how it was known that it was Brad who deleted the news item? He said in the post that if nobody objected, he was going to delete it. Nobody posted anything, so he deleted it (due to the content that aouldn't be proved true). I didn't see the post myself, but I heard that from a couple different sources. We also have to keep in mind that the site is "owned" by Stardock. If there is slander on this site, Stardock could get sued. The censorship is a necessa
I agree with Pat. I have known Brad for a long time, and have worked here at Stardock for over 6 years. He has always thought of his employees over himself, and has always been extremely modest in his own lifestyle. (He doesn't even drive a flashy car). He has helped out many of the employees who work here (financially) when he never had any obligation to. Brad is a great guy to know and to work for, and all this "Brad" bashing is really getting on my nerves. If peo
misterME called Feline a "her". Oh, faux pas!
I think that there is a big difference between knowledge and intellegence. You can also be intellegent and have no common sense. So, I believe I am somewhat intellegent, but still lacking knowledge. But, I seem to have a bit of common sense, which helps out on a daily basis. So, I would give myself a 6 on intellegence, and a 4 on looks. My ideal partner would be 5 intellegence and 5 looks. (Which is how I rate my husband) Of course, that is not to say that I am very intell
I believe that death is the same as when you are put out for an operation. You just cease to be. you never knew that you existed. Heaven and hell are already here on Earth- good times are heaven, bad times are hell. The only "after life" I can somewhat believe in is the OverSoul. Energy can neither be created nor destroyed, so when you die, your energy returns to the oversoul to be distributed to another living thing.
Yes, it is BobXP for DesktopX
Well, from my point of view (been married for 5 1/2 years, and been with my husband for almost 8) is that you first have to have open communication. Anywhere from talking about things that you know will piss off the other person, to trival things like "why can't you ever put the remote control back on the coffee table". (And, no, it is not my husband who always misplaces it ). I also believe that you need to learn to grow togther. People change over time. If you do not learn to grow
sent you an email JavaBrain aka KarmaGirl
hmmm... I wasn't aware that we used yahoo accounts. I wonder where mine is... I'm stuck with this amarshall @ stardock.com account. How unfair
Anyone who ordered a hat got a bit delayed (We got the shirts in, and samples of the hat, but the hats were shipped later(long boring story as of why)). We ship all international mail via AirMail.
Nope, broken
hmm... maybe it's broken today.... I'll try that on it's own line: /me
Chris, when you type "/" and "me" together, it does this: /me
You can make it look like XP, but ME (since it is built on 98 technology) will never *be* like XP (which is built on 2000 technology). You can use WindowBlinds to skin you Windows. Or get the whole Object Desktop package and go to town. Or, buy XP
Did somebody saw chocolate?
There was a text based game that i used to play on my Vic-20. I really wish I could remember the name of it. I was pretty younge back then, but I still remember wasting a lot of time on it. You had to yell at bears, collect gems, and collect things in a "bladder" while avoiding chiggers. It was a cool game!
Now FB's a 30 year old geek!
I'm still the most normal! The "Java" in JavaBrain comes from my addiction to coffee- in case there was confusion. What is a cheesy bean? This is not a term I am familiar with. I may be missing out! Cheese is good....Chocolate is good.... but chocolate cheese is nasty!
That logo was the one that was requested most out of the submissions. If this shirt does well, we plan on doing more designs. The shirt also says "Wincustomize University Official skinning team" on it. I guess "skinning" is too close to "sinning"?
The PQ guys are pretty cool. I'm sure they'd give you an upgrade since you have only had it for a week. Stardock has about a 2 months time period for free upgrades. For example, if you purchased WB 2.0 after July 1st, 3.0 will be a free upgrade. Of course, the upgrade from 2.0 to 3.0 is only $10, which is 50% of the original price.
There is a "rejection" letter that is sent from the moderators. If they are rejected- they will know. We don't redirect to other sites, though.
