Had Windows updates last week. Primary is Win 11, Secondary is Win 10 Had been running m4 since release, no issues at all prior to this, for months now When they came back up, Primary all of the sudden refused to connect to Secondary both primary and secondary settings are identical. Both have subnet security 'off', both h
If you're "downloading" this, you're doing it wrong This only goes to show how backwards the mindset of SD is. While customers cannot access software because of pathetic choices, SD tries to make themselves look like the 'good guy'. You're not. You're not the victim. You are the big corporation that refused to p
When will we have paid access back? You're still telling users that they have no such account, despite having an account, and refusing to let us login This isn't rocket science here. Fix the paid portions of services first , then 'community' portions after! Better yet, have proper systems put in place that provide redundancy</s
Update: They don’t care
You clearly have no clue what customer service is if you ignore the same requests from clients for year after year after year, you show zero concern , or care, for customer service
It was never alive. They don't care about Mac customers. Quite seriously, Stardock could care less about it's customers
Most people take that message as "Fences crashed explorer"
Way to deflect from the actual problem FENCES is what crashes explorer. There's a super easy way to test this. DISABLE Fences , and watch the problem not happen again Not that hard, doesn't require a 'clean boot', or anything fancy. Fences is garbage any more, along with the rest of Stardock stuff. There's zero QA

Good idea, just not possible unfortunately, or so it seems I'd have to agree that this is something definitely needed, and should have been added in some time ago.
+1 This is most definitely needed here. For Windows, Multiplicity is great, but this should really be expanded to Macs as well
Edit: It works now.
Ditto, looks like whatever was stopping activation appears to be functioning now
And offline activation failure after timing out. Yeah, there's a problem here that you need to fix, so that your software can actually be used! Redundancy much?
There's obviously something wrong @ stardock today, and this really should be resolved. Yesterday, activation was fine, had to setup new PC with start8 and all worked Today? Not so much. No matter WHAT software I try to activate (from new pc or laptop), activation does not work. Activation programs do NOT have a problem telling me my stardock info is invalid (tried incorrect password, deliberately to test), but somehow, once the correct information is entered
while you're at it, mine as well please. Have had a ticket in since Sunday night, getting really tired of being ignored with this. It shouldn't take this long to get something done.
For better than ten years now, I've been a stardock customer, never once have I opened a ticket, raised a complaint or anything. When I REALLY need support, what happens? Nothing 36+ hours, ticket ignored. Opened a second one, merged. ZERO response, staff just merged the ticket. ZERO resolution, just 'merged'. I've half a mind to contact my CC provider and chargeback the most recent purchase (made Sunday) just on principle. I'
having this problem as well. Can someone PLEASE fix this!
Take any advice, they're just trying to help you out.
Don't just take 'any' advice, without investigating it, or paying a professional to get you going properly (and I'm not talking about some outsourced $2/hr individual). The reason for this is very simple: This is the internet. I could say I'm GWB, or even Bill Gates, and give you advice based on that, or even pretend I'm the biggest expert in
