Cheating/bugged AI? or more than one Titan allowed? in Sins Rebellion Sins Forums

I just bought the game this weekend and played a long campaign in a huge multi galaxy map. During the most recent battle I destroyed a level 8 enemy ragnarov titan, my fleets were badly damaged and I had to retreat. My own titan had been in some pretty major fights and was only level 4. I was re-grouping and building ships when I noticed I was under attack in a different system; I was confused and annoyed to see that the enemy (same enemy) now had ANOTHER lvl 8 ragnarov titan, (different name
