How long did it take for you to get the response back? I sent them a copy of the confirmation email this morning (about 6 hours ago) and have not heard back yet.

I did not receive a email either. The strange thing is that when I request the serial list from support. Sin is not listed but I have my order confirmation email. Will the serial from that work?
Do you have to use the new e-mail serial? (I didn't a new email) but I have my order confirmation e-mail with another serial. does that work?
but you end up diluted and then countering a concentrated enemy force would be difficult. I'm not talking about your main attack fleets, but I would think that any empire would have some small fleet for rear area security against random events (if they are in the game) like pirates, meteor, space monsters or what not. It just save you time that after such an encounter, you wouldn't have to worry about repair/replacing ships if they would be automatica
Since we are on the topics of Fleets, I don't know how Sin will divide areas in the Galaxy (ie, sector, region, solar systems?) But it would be interesting that each sector for example can be set to maintain a defense fleet. A player will set the strength of the Fleet ( X number of scouts, Frigates, Destroyers, etc) and the sector economy will automatically be divert to replace/repair units if the fleet suffer damages. This might take a lot of micromanagement off the player's hand.
I was playing a large galaxy 4 AI game and notice the graphics slowing down. I took a look at task manager and I'm using ove 1.3 GB of memory and the laptop is hitting the swap drive hard. Is this normal or is there a memory leak in the game?
An inf victory is hard to come by if one of the other race have gotten ahold of a inf resource and have it fully developed. I had inf coverage on most of the map but until a couple of races loses their inf resource, I t didn't get me colse to a victory till they somehow lost it (maybe it was attacj by another race and then once I got hold of them and had them develped, I got the inf victory not soon after that.
Did they fix the morale bug where Zero G stadium gives only a 40% boast while the one below it give 55%?
One thing you also might want to do is to buy colony ship and race the AI to the good planets. Yes, it will drain you account and you won't be able to run at 100% production rate but it's important to grab those good planet early (especially those close to you so you can have a easier to manage defensive perimeter). If you wait for the regular build time. the AI would beat you to a good numbder of planets and this will definately hurt you down the line since the is basically a game where you ne
You don't get a new starship design everytime you get a new tech. There are pre-designed ship that will appear in when you reach certain levels but mostly you'll have to design your own ships in between or if you want something that's different from the pre-fabs.
Thanks, I know it has to do with income (should have said that in message) but I thought that it would affect the number of factory or labs that you can operate (but I didn't really see it in the game).
I looked in the menu but I could not find any info on the effect of population. What does it gets you? What nenefit does increasing the pop cap of your colonies have on income or influence? I know it troops for your invasion but do they give you any benefit.
How about being able to continue the game after a Culture or Tech victory. I was on the verge of finally capture the home planet of one of the enemies and I got the culture victory. Would be nice to finsih the invasion if I can continue.
