Start 10 will not install on laptop newly upgraded to Win 10 2004 (Pro 64 bit). Installation runs and Start 10 Configuration Window appears and can set things in configuration, but start menu remains native Win 10. Trying running installer as Admin, no difference.

I just got a new windows 8 computer yesterday. Installed start8 and had some other issues besides start8 so I did a windows reset. Initially had a folder in the programs listing for all Lenovo programs. Ran a Lenovo utility to download and update a lot of drivers and Lenovo programs.
