I've created a ticket for you and you will receive it shortly with instructions to uninstall Fences.
NetBadger - Sorry for the confusion. We are actively developing WindowBlinds 10 and we do not have an ETA at this time. Unfortunately it's hard to always have specifics for release dates. We hope you stay active here so you can obtain WB10 when it goes live. Thank you for the support! :)
I've sent this internally, thank you for reporting it.
You can make a folder of shortcuts on your desktop. Then create a shortcut of that folder on your desktop and right click the folder, select, Pin to Start (Start10). When you open your Start menu now, you'll see that folder and the arrow at the end of it where you can hover and see the contents (or click and see contents, depending on your settings).
Do you mean the Modern UI shows up when you reboot? Did you have the option set to go to desktop when you get past login?
Please try again without any attachment. Then afterwards try replying to the ticket with the .zip file. I have verified the site to be working at this time.
You'll need to try again. Maybe try using the picture button above the post itself, or, link the picture. However you posted the image it didn't come through properly and I had to delete the post.

[quote who="Boothby171" reply="6" id="3594451"] Unfortunately, this seems to have NOT gone away. Here I am, October 2015, using Fences 2.0 in Windows 7 Pro, and I accidentally dragged a fence to the upper reaches of the screen (to the point where the title bar shifted to the bottom), and it's as if all my icons were dumped out. They were erased, actually, since I go to the "Desktop" in File Manager, and they are not there. Well, they were erased and not er

What kind of buttons are we talking about? Are we thinking, select scout - explore non-captured regions; or, select engineer - build metal extractors in controlled regions; or, have team "x" explore until it finds the enemy and engage, or, detect and return?

Please do not reply to your own ticket as advised above.
Can you post some example screenshots?
As long as you've purchased the upgrade, you'll be taken care of. We have some work to do on our side which will change your version to Lifetime.
It appears you have an Intel 4000 onboard video card. This is most likely the reason as it is the minimum spec card to run the game. We are looking at some ideas right now to help with the game running smoother, but I do not have any details at this time to give.

CTRL+1 while I have a selected troop of units. From then on I push 1 when I was zoomed out to tell them to do "x". Also hotkeys for commands, structures helps. Would a window of commands help when only zoomed fully out? Example: Zoom out fully, push a button to expand a window to display commands, but only opens when zoomed fully out? Just tossing some ideas out there. :)
You can navigate to here: C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\Documents\My Games\GalCiv3\Factions And manually delete them. I believe if you unsubscribe from them in the workshop it does the same thing. http://steamcommunity.com/id/YOUR_STEAM_ID/myworkshopfiles/?browsesort=mysubscriptions&browsefilter=mysubscriptions&p=1
Change that to Display as a link or menu.
