I have this same issue. I purchased the entire suite... I installed tiles and fences 3 beta, but when I went to install start 10, I get the "finish uninstalling" error. I uninstalled all stardock products and then went through the registry to clean out all stzrdock entries. I ran windows update and then rebooted several times. I still get the error. I've fixed the time on your account.
In the future, please do not reply to your ticket until we reply. Doing so will reset your place in line, thus delaying our response. We'll be responding shortly.
I've sent this internally, thanks.
No I do not use Object Desktop. I only like two of the products offered: Fences and Start 10. So purchasing the Object Desktop is a waste of money. I agree with ScaccoMatto . This is shabby behavior. Fences 2.13 no longer work on my machine.
Do you have Windows 10?
Sorry to say, unless you had purchased the Founders edition, you would not have a badge.
Did you purchase Ashes before Early Access?
Can't wait to go buy some (Jones Soda) Nuka Cola on release! *BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM*
Don't help same error 212
Which App? You're deleting the license file and the cache file. It may make more sense to delete the directory for the app itself.
pentamorous
You should be all set now, sorry for the confusion. Make sure to log out of ODM and back into it. Also ODM does work on Win10.
Test again!
I'm sending your's off to be fixed.
Test
I don't see the game on your account currently. Do you have another account?
Perhaps you can remove the support tool zip, submit the ticket, then add the zip to the ticket after logging in using the help desk credentials.
That's the "Recommended". 8GB is the minimum. You have 12GB, so you should be set.
This is what mine says right now. Perhaps you can try uninstalling/reinstalling.
How about we keep giving feedback in general and not try to gauge the quality of it as that's really up to the team :P
I had the same problem , i fixed it by uninstalling/clean installing the Nvidia Video Drivers. http://screencast.com/t/Zxuoznqdg8LN http://screencast.com/t/upWIXNbcW9 if that does not work then go <a href="https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/default_import/Knowledgebase/
Can you download and run the tool below: http://sd.stardock.com/Support/supportToolTest/SDSupportTool.exe Then attach the .zip that's created and send it in with a ticket to support. With your ticket, if you could also link to this forum post, it would be most helpful: https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/Tickets
