Yes. When you go to check out you will be prompted with a pop up notifying you that you have the software already, but clicking continue will let you continue to check out.

Playing any beta or alpha and reporting bugs/issue is helpful to developers so they can fix problems that may occur. In the end, the product released is that much better because of the community testing it and assisting the developers in finding bugs/balance issues/more.
