Will my limit go back to 0mb in a certain period of time so that I can download more another day?

I cleaned out all my Temp, Temporary Internet files, and cookies and it is still bringing me up to that page that is down. And somehow when I go back to wincustomize.com it still remembers me as Polakinds. The reason I'm trying to log out and back in is because I got to that "100mb" limit of downloading wallpapers. I checked the size of how many I downloaded and it hasn't even reached 100mbs yet...Oh well... Thank you for your help though <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smi

I'm using the right username and password, however, every time I hit the button to submit my info, it fails logging in and it brings me to a page that is down. Is anybody else having trouble logging in???
