After getting SP2 I had constant crashes untill I adjust ed the Auto Update slidder and now it seems to run fine. ~SDC~

The depth does not change but by adding civilizations the amout of variables and posible outcomes increases tremendously. ~SDC~

I use McA and everytine there is an update the program has to restart and be put back in to granting full access to the SDC Program. ~SDC~

No Indirectly you get help diplomaticly and in taking techs. If there are others I have not seem them yet. ~SDC~

Since AP needs GC1.2 to run I would dump and install the latest version via SDC. ~SDC~

From what is aaid it seems that AP has problems with anything below XP Home/Pro. ~SDC~

The map editor wants GalCiv 1.2 and when you first use it go to File/New. ~SDC~

I use XP Home on a P4 2a with 512 and have never had any prob with Stardock stuff yet. I guess you could say that I am one lucky person. ~SDC~

Still the humans had to start from some planet. You did not have multiple humans evolve at the same rate then go into an aliance ~SDC~

And last if you dont get an auto update just go to tools again and get the update that way. ~SDC~

It is the long way around but you could make a campaign for each map or a scenario or a group or scenarios using the campaign editor. Just remember to have the campaign, scenario and maps in the campaign folder. ~SDC~

Like GalCiv I would look at the demo first but if it is at the same quality of gameplay I see me getting it. ~SDC~

there is also a box to check if at any time you want to see the mission objectives. ~SDC~
