ah yes, rebel ships, not pirate. but can't get alliegence higher than 35% and it's those who gets taken over even if they have 4 culture structures in their gravity. but thanks for telling that it is these events causing it, i just thought those were with the plasma storms or what they else are called which travel the universe a couple of time.

even after i've killed every pirate base. the raids continue, and when they raid i loose control over my planet instantly, please can anyone help me with this problem?
