Thanks for letting me know, its saved me from wasting money on purchasing the software. The website indicates only on the tile grouping, not the color scheme section. I hope this customization feature becomes available again at some point in the future, either in decor8 or windows 8.1.

Tile Color Bug in Decor8 Stardock Forums

I recently installed a trial of decor8 to change the tile colors after the installation of windows 8.1 made them clash horribly with the new backgrounds. Yet I can't seem to access that feature, which I thought was available according to the website info.
