It seems to me that it is too easy to build a super economy. I never remember in GC2 being able to crank out Dreadnoughts or learn high level techs in one turn. It is super ease to do this in GC3, regardless of map size.
The mounted units would react before the archers, even though Peregan had the trait which allows archers to fire first.
Good catch, i haven't seen it and have played Peregan several times.
One other thing about the automatic firing first, the archers seem to use a special ability. Not very keen on this, since it is AI controlled.
Yup; seen this and do not like it, would much rather they just take a normal shot.
There is a problem with this however, if you have the manufacturing capacity to build say, the Xeno Factory, in one turn, you cannot do so as you are forced to build the Basic Factory and then the Xeno Factory next turn.
Ah, i see what your saying. But the current method is much better early-mid game before you have enough capacity to build an improvement +base in one turn as your getting the benefit of the base whi

It's kindof cheating to choose whatever tree you want. If you do it this way it is at least based on choices you make.
Good point.

Sorry aerez, i gotta disagree. As i said there are times when i really want to be able to do this; just allowing it would be game breaking (IMO). This is just one example likely not the best but build, get points, destroy, repeat .. would let you blow through the entire ideology system in a very limited number of turns. Many less than through colonization or waiting for random events. If there is a good way to do it, I'm for it, But right now i don't see
