Old CovertData.exe in Sins Modding Sins Forums

I got quite addicted to playing Diplomacy on an old laptop this weekend but I can't find Diplomacy ConvertData anywhere. has anyone got a link to the old files as everything prior to rebellion (which this machine won't run) seems to have dropped off the web. Thanks in advance
