More than likely it depends on when you bought it. I don't believe you will get the upgrade for free. If you want the features of the plus version you will most likely have to buy the plus version of 2.0.

I don't know about the install stuff, but I found the problem doesn't have to do with the install. in my case i ran tweak vista and disabled all the startup programs I didn't want, and that fixed it. I'm wondering if it has to do with Boot Order, or maybe a specific program at startup.... any ideas?

one thing you can do is turn on the mouseover activation, when it is behind that will bring it to front simply by touching the edge of the screen with your mouse... as for the prob you are having... it's common, and I believe stardock is working on it...

just a thought as to why they would want to outlaw this... the LD50 toxicity for nicotine is higher (actually lower but that means more toxic) than any pesticide you could buy at a hardware store and more toxic than about 90% of what's available at commercial pesticide suppliers... not kidding there is a very high risk of poisoning from these products... buy hey on the other end of the spectrum...
