I'm sure it's the run as admin thing... I can't think of anything else it could be... uninstall it, and then run impulse as admin when you reinstall it, or if you install it from a seperate file, run that program as admin... I'm sure that will do it...

I am all out of borg jokes of borg, I will assimilate another one later...
Good luck on getting a responce from them!!
I'm confused, why wouldn't he get a response from them? Generally they are pretty good about getting things taken care of... I've never had any trouble and I've been a customer for 10 years...
I purchased Deskscapes v2.00 about a week ago and ever since then I've had very inconsistant behavior. When starting the computer, sometimes it will display just a black desktop, not the animation I had running when
Me, I subscribe year after year because the quality of the community deserves my support even if I never downloaded another skin.
My thoughts exactly...
mine does the same thing... never once thought it might be object dock... hmmm....
Well hell, I just did all the above listed and it still doesn't work...same results. At this point I have spent way too much time on this. Thanks a lot to all the replies, but I probably won't be on these boards much anymore because I doubt I will buy any more products. Thanks, R
you do understand this isn't Stardock here, this a community site, we have nothing invested in you buying the product, this is solely a community site. So, by threaten
Here's a piece of genuine advice from someone who has been there, and has been there recently. I've spent most of my life with ups and downs, there are times I've been happy for months, and times that I've been sad for months. It's like a dark cloud some times, but I'm working through it... and here's what's working for me. about a month ago I got screwed up drunk (this wasn't the answer.. lol). and when I woke up feeling hungover I started thinking about my life, and my demons (alco
WindowBlinds has not been activated correctly on this PC. Please activate it from SDC.
Theres your problem.. you need to download Impulse (or SDC) and then put your registration information that were given when you purchased it into the registration area, and then install it. You need to uninstall the current version first.
but I'm curious what the NOD32 people who've tried Kaspersky have to say about their choice
I'm not sure bout the Kaspersky it's like $80 right? the Nod 32 is half the price... and I've loved NOD 32 since I got it...
I'm sure it's an issue with your version of Safari... it works on mine, in fact better than in Firefox... make sure you have the newest version... and maybe try searching for something in the settings that may be relevant to your situation... I've been using it alot lately... p.s. I do wish I could skin it though... ;p
they were in there when I posted it... I swear... lol... :)
The thought of someone starting an autobiography may sound like an ear-full to those not in it, and I can agree, since I have my own life, and don't really need to know about anyone else's. However the opposite is true of a blog. I think many people come online everyday and throw small tidbits of themselves onto the internet, and many others are interested in the happenings of others. Whether it is the opinionated story of a young girl like Loneygirl15, or the ramblin
have you tried using a third party program? maybe the disk that comes with a Western Digital hard drive? also are your drives IDE of SATA? that will make a difference...
yeah... I remember... I worked in Fonatana at the time, so when the two fires came together life was tough for me, making it hard get home, hard to get to work. You were very lucky about the twin creeks spreading ground. Alot of people lost their homes over in your part in town. The worst part was opening the garage, getting into something you hadn't been into in a while, and finding ash all over, for months afterwards.
what about Ken Lee Ken Lee yes... that's supposed to be english...
when you right click on your desktop and select properties it's in there... I've only been Vista a few months and already forgot how to use XP.... there should be a tab that says desktop, and then a button inside that tab that says advanced, or something to that effect...
I feel your pain, I was living in San Bernardino a few years ago durning the Old Fire, good luck with everything, if you go outside during the smoke wear a dust mask, and you'll never get some of the ash off of your car, it's still on mine... lol...
I want some of that Popcorn, got anymore?
Am I overreacting by not being happy about this article. A few days ago... I posted an article thinking that people around somewhat knew me. It was a kinda of "hey look at me I'm here and I've helping people, but no one has given me Karma." It somehow got turned into a moral debate over how "evil" it was and I'm being told to NEVER do it again and such. This hurts me, because I have been a member of this community for a long time, and I mean no disrespect because not all of you know how this
trying to come up with another "I am blank of borg joke," since I was out of them 10 jokes ago... ;)
I'm so glad... believe it or not, I've been stressing over this for you ;)
You were asking for karma, you weren't asking how to get it. So even though I agree with unclerob in that there's nothing wrong with asking questions about the system, he wasn't addressing the content of the actual post. Please don't ask for karma in the future, regardless of the intent.
I don't understand why you care, I've been on these forums for years, and my point specifically was that I HAVE EARNED KARMA.... why are you being mean to people on here...??? I'
maybe he's just opening the WBA file and it's just installing it but not applying it... maybe...
that is an interesting situation... my thought is to try reinstalling the program, if that doesn't work... it may be something deeper.... hmmm.... I've heard the program can be buggy, but I've never any issues with it... when it is frozen try pressing the windows key, and the letter "L", this will let you know if it at least applied... maybe the program is locking up trying to log out, to show you that it applied... I'll be back tomorrow to see how things work for you... as of now...
I am Janet Jackson of Borg... and that wardrobe malfunction was no accident, neither. While punters were busy gawking at my 'bigger bouncier' new implants, it took the focus off my butt... and having people saying stuff like: "But your ass DOES look fat in that!"
I'm sorry what did you assimilate? lol... I got it... you assimilated my attention by using the words "bigger""bouncier""Implants"and "butt" lol...
