Reply to Stardock always looks and wants to install into my C drive...how can i change this to my E drive? in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

thanks but that change is to change where stardock d/ls temp files and install files... my problem is that is installs gal civ in drive C:\program files\drengin.net etc and that's also where it looks for the game. I would like it to install into E:\program files\drengin.net etc and to look for the game there as well. i emailed stardock..maybe they can help. Douglas :)

I'm just curious as the install alway wants to go to c:\program files\drengin.net etc and i have to keep moving the game to e:\program files\drengin.net etc because i do not have enough room on my c drive..only 3 meg free..while i have 25 gig free on my e drive. Is there a way to change the default in stardock to make it look in e drive first etc? help please! Douglas

The game transferred the info before i got a nickname over at the metaverse. silly me. I got my cultural victory 12 months after vanquishing the Arcaens (oops..spelling..the green beastly neutral fellows) in a war. So I was not at war and after i vanquished them, i had the bottom half of the galaxy under my control and culture and some areas in the populated top areas with other races as well..lots of cultural improvements too... I won on a large galaxy map. btw..the game ran fine on my pii400 256 meg machine :)
