Help i need to reinstall Windows and my Start 8 and Modern Mix - Software registered to another account???? in Start8 Stardock Forums

What is wrong with this support of this software.... I have my orignal email with my serial number and order number... i created a new Stardock online profile and it will not let me install my 2 products on my laptop which i had to completely reinstall windows 8.... Tried everything please correct this ASAP and contact me cust support....
