While your post is idiotic, it's something that can be cured. It probably wont be of course, but not for a lack of capacity since you've managed such a complicated task as posting on the internet on multiple occasions. Are we likely to see any DLC in the near future? I don't expect anyone from Stardock to give me exclusive information about upcoming products, but it would be nice to have a vague idea about what to expect. I've been playing since the first or second beta, and my wallet is ready for some DLC.

I hope this goes multiplat eventually. I'd rather play on the ps4, but as long as they keep the control scheme from Enemy Unknown I'll be happy.

It sounds like we have similar styles. I agree with most of the points you raised, and especially like the idea of a display layer for player notes. I'm in the final stages of a game on a gigantic galaxy and I've been chipping away at the Drengin for over a week. It's easy to lose track of things in such a long game and notes would be a big help. Your suggestions for better highlighting in icon view are spot-on as well. I would also like to see the restrictions lifted on t

When another player offers a tech trade (or requests a gift), it would be nice if you could hover over the name of the tech(s) and get a tooltip with relevant information about it. The trade pop-up is modal, so there's no way in-game to find this information before deciding to (blindly) accept or decline. I'm not referring to the actual trade screen, which offers plenty of information, but rather this: <img src="http://i.imgur.com/iwHLrwn.jpg?1" alt="" w

Only ship to Paypal confirmed addresses. If you ship to a different address you lose your seller protection. If a buyer asks you to ship to another address, politely refuse and inform them of why. I learned this lesson the hard way. It's an obvious thing, but you will save money buying and printing labels through ebay. They offer a reasonable discount on shipping compared to buying postage directly from the carrier. In the advanced view of the listing creator you can set b
If Steam has 25% or more of the market share, it is a monopoly. (That's the economic definition. Yes, there can be 4 monopolies in a single market.)
Not a definition that I'm familiar with, but I will defer to you.
I'd be surprised if Steam had less than 25% of the PC gaming market, there are just so few other competitors. <br
Steam is a de facto monopoly. "De facto monopoly is a system where many suppliers of a product are allowed, but the market is so completely dominated by one that the others might as well not exist."
Origin can't be ignored. GOG is small but serves its customer base well. Green Man Gaming is relevant (thought tied to Steam), Gamer Gate, Microsoft is supposedly making a push to replace GFWL, etc etc.

Steam isn't a monopoly, by definition. It's a powerful and influential service, however, with the demonstrated ability to direct the market. As for mods, I have no problem with modders having the ability to monetize their work, but I would prefer a donation system. The current plan threatens to fragment the mod community, at least in the short term. I hate to see foundational mods like SkyUI getting locked behind a paywall, especially when so many other mods already rely on th

This is a major immersion killer for me. I don't want limits of any kind (backstabbing is a viable strategy) but something needs to be done.
The shorter the treaty, the stiffer the penalties for breaking it early.
Sounds like a great idea to me.
