Question about Germany-Release 04-09-03 in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

Hallo :) in about 3 Days we can by the German Version. Eg: OKSoft ( www.okaysoft.de ). As Galciv Fan I am own the english Version and waiting for the Expansion-Pack. My Question: If I by the german Version too, what Game will I get (1.05 ?)? Can I use the Patches from the english Version? Can I install the Expansion-Pack without Problems to the german Version? Hallo, why would SD-Centrale download the whole 84 MB if I only click on UPDATE in the line "Installed 1.01, Available 1.02" ? I have the CD-Version! Or can I get a standalone-Version from 1.02 ? Great and phantastic Game (!!) but updating is frustrating! Yes: I have updatet SD (Tools ...) Yes: Atlanta Server Yes: Edit Account and Register GalCiv again .. Yes: Refresh ... Greetings Rolfo

Sorry for jump in :) What exactly means "close" in "close relationships with them. Not warm, or friendly". I am from Germany and my understanding from "close" is "near to him, near to there planets". Could you please short explain ? Thx :) Rolfo

Hallo :( Same problem! I now have done like A Lobos said. Yes, now there are an update Button 1.01 to 1.02. But if I click on UPDATE, than the Download is about 84 MB!?*#?! And I have the CD-Version !! What goes wrong? Greetings Rolf (Yes: I have read all the other threads about updating)

Hallo to all GalCiv-Fans :) as a fan from moo2 and moo3 (i just waiting vor the patch:), I was very disapointed about the spreadsheet charakter of moo3. I love the small animations in moo2, if I colonize a planet, or the galactic-news, rotating planets and so on. It makes me think, i am in a "living" universe with a soul. My question: In GalCic, are there any animations too, or is it static (like Galactic Empire IV)? Greetings Rolf (sorry for my english, i know
