It would be nice if we could self destruct our own planets (or seriosly damage them, etc.)... When the enemy is preparing to take a planet, sometimes it is just not worth the cost to take it back, and yet you don't want the enemy to have the planet... ~SDC~
Once thing I noticed about debt, if you get into it early in the game, you are DEAD! You won't have enough moral on the planets immediatly, and the moral cost of debt is so huge, it is very difficult to recover. ~SDC~
I have noticed several times an endless war cycle, were: You are at war with one race, and so an alied race with them goes to war with you. You make peace with the origional race, but because you are at war with the second race (who only went to war with you because you were at war with the first race), the first race immediate goes to war with you after they make peace. It makes it immpossible to make peace with those two races (unless they go to war, or have a fallin

Has this problem been solved? I was planning to purchase Galactic Civilizations at midnight, but I am not going to until I can be sure that my hard drive will not be deleted.
