Yikes, pontius, you're beginning to show your true colors. To be in the MWC you need not live in one of the MW States. You needn't have been born in, nor must you reside in one. Rather, to be a member of MWC you must have an affinity to one of these states. That affinity can be your home town, or that town you call home, it can be the Sears tower, or the St. Louis Arch or the Mall of America.
