Is there anyway to move a set rally point on the map? Secondly, is there any equivalent of the GalCiv I military governor to change "everyone building a constructor" to now build a "death monster iv" or similar?
So if you have multiple weapons of different types, does only the most powerful (absolute), the most useful (most powerful relative to defenses), all of them, or a random one get used for the calculation? That is, is it worth it to put multiple weapons on a ship, or a waste of space and cash?
ht amount of micromanagement in making sure to build transports occasionally, but that was all. Allowed for blockades (removing transport) to suddenly make planets start starving.
