Windows Key goes to App List in Start8 Stardock Forums

Hello, Not sure if I just have an option configured incorrectly, but when I press the Right Windows button on my Surface Pro 3, it displays the Apps List instead of the Start menu with the groupings. Do I have something configured incorrectly? Thanks for any help.
