I've also had the 12mts showing without actually winning in 12mts. Contrary to what has been said, it is NOT true that none of the major races can be at war to win the cultural victory. I just won on a gigantic map at normal intelligence while the Altarians and Drenigin were at war. (It may very well be true that the humans cannot be at war. I don't know, haven't tried). In any case, I've had the 12mts show up and stay for awhile myself. I'm not sure what triggers this exactly, but eventuall

Hi these are all completely unrelated items but I'm too lame to post three messages LOL First, to Frogboy, I am in AWE! This game is better than most games out of the box (in other words, it doesn't NEED three patches to even be playable) and yet you are patching like mad and making improvements. And you listen! I'm drooling. I hope you guys make an insane amount of money from this game: that way maybe the "big boys" will realize that a little customer service goes a long way. <br
I'm not sure if it's possible to have the planets follow NO governor, but they seem to follow Mr. Ford by default, so if you are trying to use a governor for just a couple of planets just use a governor other than Mr. Ford. ~SDC~

(I can clearly see that going up and down by looking at my stats). What I don't understand for sure is the bonus. For instance, if you "deal with" the starship criminals you get something like a 57% starship bonus. I'm assuming that this bonus (as well as any research, population, morale, etc bonuses) apply only
For the record, I completely agree. At the very least, have a search function. I'd hate to ask questions or bring up topics that have already been addressed simply because there is no way to search. (Please correct me if there IS a search function, but I can't find it). ~SDC~
