In my Impulse I show an update for the Quest theme for MyColors. I try to do the update and it tries to download and then says "error". Right now it shows that the download is paused, but it won't resume? How can I get this to update? I just looked under My Software in Impulse and did a Verify Installation on My Colors. It indicated that it was installed properly, but there was an update available. It did NOT indicate that there was an update before I verified the

I'm on Wincustomize looking for a decent clock that will work on a small dock. Analog clocks are just too small to read the hands. I've found three candidates... I go to download and try them and it tells me that I'm not allowed! WTF??? I'm an ObjectDock and a ObjectDesktop subscriber, yet I can't log in or access these downloads at all. WHAT'S GOING ON??? Actually, I'm fairly certain that the recycle bin *DID* work properly on the version that I got back around September/October. Then some big flaw was found and they pull that version offline and I lost that version with some computer issues. I can't understand how they can leave their customers in the dark for sooooo long. :(

I'm running Vista Home Premium 64bit and have the following issues with ObjectDock: - I cannot drag anything to the recycle bin icon when the dock is locked. - Right click->Manage on My Computer brings up an "Application not found" error - ObjectDock has problems launching 64bit programs. To try, go to START->RUN and enter CMD. At the command line, type TELNET. Your TELNET client will start. Now, put a shortcut to CMD.EXE on your dock and start it. This tim

Yes. After the install, I created some fences. I didn't like them so I deleted them, as well as the sample fences. After each boot, my desktop icons would end up at the top of the monitor, instead of where I left them. I have finally uninstalled Fences and my icons are staying where they should now.

I have Fences installed, and it runs at startup. I don't have any fences defined, but I like the hide/show functionality when I doubleclick the desktop. Unfortunately, at every boot, my desktop icons end up in a row at the top of the screen instead of where they were when I shut down. Any idea why this is happening? Vista SP1 64bit

Simple question... I'm looking at the Themes section of the properties of one of my docks. If I use the "Save current dock" button, does that make a complete backup of the dock? Does it include the icons, settings, etc? Is this all I need to do to backup a dock so I can reinstall it later, on another PC or after a uninstall/reinstall on this machine? If this works, where does the backup get saved? Thanks!

Mickeko... I know you don't work for Stardock, but are you saying that anyone with 1.x of ObjectDock will have to pay to have the bugs fixed (If they are indeed fixed in 2.0)? I *DID* have a working version of ObjectDock 1.9x running on Vista 64bit. Everything worked - system tray, start menu, weather docklet, etc. It worked like that for weeks. Then BLAM, Stardock goes and breaks something and trashes my installation. What's worse is that they won't let me download the workin

I'm running 64bit Vista with ObjectDock plus. The system tray is not working for me at all. Someone suggested used a tabbed dock to show the system tray and I'd like to try that. Unfortunately, I can't see any way to add the system tray to a tabbed dock. Is this possible? If so, where do I tell the dock to show the system tray icons? Thanks!
