Yes! Use the mouse wheel for everything - it's your friend (there are only a few places you cannot use it to save you time and clicks).

Er, that was supposed to be "snuggle" - damn, I messed that one up! My honest advice to anyone about to start playing this game: get as much sleep as you can beforehand...
I won't say too much, but one of the major races will sometimes help out your enemy by sending them lots of ships...while keeping a smile on their face towards you. LoL! Sneaky bastards. Oh, and anyone "cuddle" with the Drengin yet? I almost fell outta my chair when I saw that one. ;)
Hi again. Minor bugs: Fleets do not get the speed bonuses from space stations (though they do next turn if and only if you remove the fleet). Along those lines, I saw several instances where my speed reducers did not affect the enemy (I had 2 stations with tractor beams and a 4/4 ship inside my sector still went 4 per turn right out the other side). Also I noticed a recent bug: say you attack a planet with 4 stacked transports (4k troops) and you have 3500 left after
As far as them getting to an opposite corner...isn't it possible they used a wormhole with their colony ship? This would be a fantastic "seeding" idea since it frees up a huge range to explore/colonize. The way to combat that, of course is to run your tech up to get transports and end their lil fun. LOL I can see both sides though, cause it -is- frustrating when you are expanding as fast as possible and the AI seems totally clairvoyant. When that happens, adjust your strategy to co
Fantastic game :) After 4 games, here's my notes (just slap me if they are obvious or I am repeating): - Often times when I or a minor race builds a "one-of-a-kind" wonder, another major race will build it as well several turns later. Not as unique as advertised (though it never lets -me- build redundant wonders); quite annoying to think I went through the effort just have someone else get the benefits as well - not like the AI needs any more cheats. - As reported many times
