mmm I think only one of the mods currently has said sticker on it..How effective is this rating system if it excludes 99% If the plan is to have a very select group can we get a certified filter tab on the sidebar ?

Under the Sensors race pick section the bonus are reading +1 % +2 % +3 % is this how it should look or are there some missing digits ?

A few Questions :: 1)Are there Plans to expand on the terror star idea ? 2)Should using a Terror star to obliterate a system or even having one have a built in ethical modifier that moves the alignment towards evil ? 3)Is there a way to add a "good tech" terror star that maybe replaces its cannon with +moral +culture broadcaster (These might have a slightly differnt look) Like a starbase of the red crross...Sacisanct(sp?) and unattackable unless UP votes them so.
