Game just shuts off? in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

Again I know alot of people have probably asked this but why is my game keep just turning off? I tried dling directx or whatever it says to dl but it just keeps shutting off. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh! ps:Im still having trouble with 1.03 how do you know its working? And after I dl it. It shows up on desktop and I double click it and I have 2 options__Save or Open. If i save where do I save it and or do I just open it or do i move the folder somewhere? thanx for dealing with the q's from

I been playin awhile and I keep submitting my score which usually ends up in the 1000s. Why isnt my name coming up on the list and where do you get the cool icons next to your name?
