Making Money in Strategies Stardock Forums

Hello All, I've tried several games and I'm coming up with the same problem over and over again. About 1/2 way through the game my planets start spending more money then they are making in revenue. My approval rating is in the toilet, so I can't really tax, I can't figure out why most of my planets are spending more money then they are making. Can anyone give me some advise on this problem I'm having. THanks Shaun ~SDC~
