Brian, I started my game exactly as you did but I updated to 1.03 yesterday. Today I completed the game. No problem sending it to Metaverse.

They come from the general pop. When you try to launch your new Transport it will give you the same slider that your colony ships do. BTW, the Military Transports let you load more than your regular Transports. ~SDC~

Turn Button Stays Red in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

I have a saved game in which I was quite a bit through it but now I can't go on because when I hit the next turn button it just stays red and nothing happens. I can still access all screens and change things etc. but it just won't step to the next turn. I will keep the saved game for awhile. ~SDC~
