Ticket XTK-617-27340 reporting with the same issue. I've found that %programdata%\Stardock\ Also worth noting that all the folders in mygames/galciv3 are empty - i get the feeling the issue is some of the files are missing from the download location. BB01847, if you get a resolution could you post it here
