Hi Adinabel, I agree with LightStar; You should check the ownership settings as might be the ‘drive admin property’ setting is altered, and that’s why you are facing the access denied the issue. Thanks!!

Data recovery services from Stellar Phoenix is best as i suppose. They had helped me in retrieving files form physically damaged hard drive full of 2 TB's of data stored on it. Wish I've had found this thread at the time of that critical phase.
