After wiping out a minor civ I encountered a bug allowing the Yor to start a war with me without cause and without a notification window from them. It seems that the Yor were at war with this minor civ as well, and one of their battle cruisers was already on its way to attack the final world of the minor civ when I captured it. A few turns after this capture the Yor cruiser attacked the planet and some battle axes I had in orbit. This did not cause the “We're going to war with you” notificati

Actually, it would be (though of course it's not, in the legal sense) slanderous, not libelous. Hippy is right that normally if the allegation is written it is libel, but in this case it would fall under the slander category because it was posted on an internet message board.
