I don't think this matters too much. Like was said earlier, if you wanted to build a +100 planet this way, you have no life. No that any of us have lives in the first place, but you must be really bad off to do this.

I think it only really matters if you're running Seti in the background. I've got it set to screensaver and haven't had any problems with Stardock.
