For DesignCaddy: Yes, your information is helpfull. I went ahead and installed Go Back. The sensor issue (not working after Go Back) installation) may be (I am told by DELL) because my drive does not have SMART. I questioned the tech...letting him know that "prior" to Go Back the sensor traffic light worked just fine. He seems to think that what I was seeing was not fact...but a false reading. I am having DELL check with IBM to see if my drive does have or does not have SMART. The

For DesignCaddy: What exactly do you mean by this? "the downside is go back will rob windows of some boot up time-" Also, did you notice when doing optimization that you had a large amount of "unmovable" {after} you had started using Go Back? My using systemWorks I seen on the graph about 1 inch from top to bottom of red; the color associated with "unmovable". Moreover, the SMART sensor within Norton Utilities stopped working. Because of these two (2) things, I uninstalled Go Back.

When I go to build the desktops, I will ensure (hopefully) that they are as solid as possible. One of the major problems we have over here in the U.S. Virgin Islands is tech support. Got you good people!!! Um, I hear ya on XP being stable. I think that it is more stable on a desktop and not this Inspiron 8200 laptop. But, I did not know many things I know now back in January 2003. I will do some serious thinking on whether to go with DELL again for laptops or go with Apple. Being a Libra that won't be too easy.

Hold On!!! I do not have an Apple Computer yet. I was thinking of purchasing two desktops for the home. I have a DELL w/XP and although I enjoy all that WinCustomize has done for it...XP is extremely unstable and therefore my desire to get away from XP before I go crazy. From the messages I have read, apparently Apple is nice in and of itself that "why would I want to make it better"(?) Am I correct?
Be carefull with this download to open Zips. We had some problems (Blue Screens in XP) and had to uninstall + remove all associated with Stuffit from the Registry in order to get XP working correctly again. I am not sure what is wrong with it because last year I used Stuffit for several months.
