Many a time , I will download something and not use it for a while until I am ready to change things. I also trust the workmanship of most of the authors that I follow and feel no need to test a new download until I am ready

It is true with almost all form of computer graphic art. Dig into Cinema 4D, Maya, Max, Photoshop...all require a fairly intense learning curve to use the programs to their full capability. Top Skinner Mystery in Community WinCustomize Forums

The main Gallery page lists butch123 as the recent top skinner, yet the link goes to his site where the gallery is empty only a strange note from him about WC starting to remove his work for too many downloads in his mail section as part of a reply to someone asking where his work went. What goes on here?

Richard, with Vue particularly there are several things you can do to dramatically reduce the render times. First, make sure that the option to release open GL before render is checked on the lower right hand side of the render settings dialog box. Second, check the render setting of your atmospheres in the atmosphere editor. The are several categories such as Fog, and sun light where you have the option to reduce the quality settings and this makes a big difference without loosing quality of
