Mine is the Earth Federation, ala Gundam ;), but If I could change the prefix on my ships, I'd likely Turn into the Terran Confederation, TCS (Wing Commander). Some times I use Rhineland Republic.. (Freelancer) ~SDC~
Remember that's the Tax paying population, 100 billion, and tax paying population isn't always (but generally) 10% (and this is an estimate... educated guess... making statistics up) of the population, So really there is 1 trillion people on the planet
Wrong forum >. ~SDC~
Everyone in that game had rediculiously high PQs accually, The only planets below 30 was one I colonised that was a 3(don't sue me on the three, That game was a while ago).. And maybe Mars, but the galaxy (including my "enemy") were Purple planets all around ~SDC~
I got an 89 by having an extremly high pq on a planet to begin with, all the terraformer tech, and the Terraformer, all the PQ improvments and I believe a evil event to increase PQ. ~SDC~
But I haven't noticed de-stabilization efforts DO anything. I've only seen two break away empires, (You know like the "Terran Confederation") and I'd like to see more. Prehaps somone has better knowledge of the triggers than I. I think the main problem is the I-League. Unhappies go there first. You'd think a very powerful empire could, if they tried hard enough, make a smaller empire spilt I'm not asking anyone to increase the rate at which empires dessent. But I'm (almost) quitely sulk
When I said "slow down" It was a song, I associate it with calming down for some reason. I understand it can be stressful and such. I understand the need to share ones work: I am an actor, My work exists for the sole purpose of sharing it and so I understand when you pour hours of preperation time into somthing and no body shows up. But you are coming off as an angry person and being angry never solved anything... Except hurting things.. And you don't want to hurt us do you? ~SDC~
Malleus, Chill. For all you know they still haven't gotten around to adding yours yet. They've added alot yeasterday but that doesn't mean they don't have like 100 backlogged. Even if yours doesn't get added, its not the end of the world. GalCiv is a game and has no real bearing on our lives... Except Frogboy and the Stardock team.. It has a substantial bearing on thiers due to ... well we all know why.. So slow down, you move to fast.. The rest of that song here ~SDC~
Thanks for the update, I was wondering why I couldn't go two turns ~SDC~
Dude, I love the fact you put Dennis Miller Live up but I'll seriously need to send you the picture and the "proper" event, seeing as the one up on your site has no ENDEVENT tag ;) ~SDC~
I can't find it :notsure: Could there be a chance they took it down? ~SDC~
To say a ... 256 colour 8 bit picture? ~SDC~
Mine was 89. ~SDC~

In your data folder the files starting with "bonus" are the bonus pack. You turn on the mp3 playlist from the right hand of the options screen, simply put mp3s in there and it will create the default playlist, or add you own playlists ~SDC~
Odd.. Very odd.. I have no clue for the solution ~SDC~
I believe Multiplayer has its merits, but doesn't it usually take like 10 years to work the bugs out of multiplayer in games like this? My friends/brother complain constantly that GalCiv, the game I've become obsessed with (due to the style but also the ease of adding content), isn't multiplayer and to that I shrug. Not that I wouldn't like to see it being multiplayer, but I'm perfectly contented with it in sole singleplayer. Usually when I play a multiplayer game I'm continiously baili
... I don't think GalCiv will ever have tactical combat, because at the end of the day, massive fleet combats are so tedious. I can honestly say I've had fun with combat. Its strategic combat: And rediculously similiar to Risk (I've mastered the "Transport Surge" Its great :) ) In the long run its more satisfying to play Strategic combat because I've listed absolutely zero reasons, but simply because it's so beautifuly coordinated and you can see it all unfold before your eyes, like a
I don't understand your problem. It was my impression that you could attack anyone as long as you are in range of them. ~SDC~
I believe Hegemonia has something to offer.. Its only good trait: Graphics Those explosions are so cool, but yeah (I'm not bashing Hege, I love Hege but its a pretty shallow game) NO TAC COMBAT!!! I hate Tac Combat because when you get good (and you eventually will) You'll win 99% of your battles and makes it like a cheat. ie. Think about starting an RPG with lv 50 characters, in a campaign based for lv 4s.. Not fun, No challenge ~SDC~
I figure that the United Planets is a terran creation and they start up their "League of Nations" (Because that's what it is, its no UN, because the minor races have no say) with the first person they see. Good Aliens say "Oh! A chance for peace in our times!" and join. Neutral Nations say "Oh, Maybe this will be beneficial and all" and join. Evil Nations say "How can I manipulate this in my favour?" and join. So that's why you can vote for all nations with only two, because everyone thinks it's
