I've put a lot of thought into this issue as well, and I definately think it would be cool to simulate the positives and negatives of adjusting the percentage of population that can be soldiers.

Ok, after reading all the posts here and being a frequent visitor to the MOO forums, I'll say my piece and be done. 1) Anyone who paid $50 for something that has all the problems that MOO3 has has a RIGHT to complain. Now all out cussing and repetative posting are one thing, but you better believe I have a right to go to their forums (or any) and give my 2 cents about a game that let me down AND cost too much. 2) Has anyone here played WW2 Online?? MOO3 reminds me very vividly
