You are so precious, honest, and TRUTHFUL, Dor
Doreen, dang if you ain't right too! I did find that as a different persona (i.e. name change), people still liked me and my wo
I come in peace. NO DRAMA ALLOWED > /me is starting from the bottom of the heap again. I don't care about my status or my rating or my rank...I just love this place. And I love all those skinners I ment
So nice to see you smiling, GM
I'm still crying...seems the waterworks won't let up... Goodnight... I have nothing but profound awe and respect for all of you people that are just regular folk like me...and those other amazing superhumans we know as Admins.
crissy14, your thread made me cry because I love you all so much and I don't know if I can ever fit in again.
As "sweetdreams" I am reborn. Nobody had pre-concieved notions...I can be 'male' and 'fit in'...seems females are downgraded here automatically SORRY BUT TRUE. But as Elvee told me, I can't stop being ME and he was right.
And yes, Shmoopy IS SWEETDREAMS.
Thank you, Gadge I sure do love you too! And I don't mean to 'cheapen' the word love when I say that, because...I 'honestly' mean it... I only wish more folks did mean it. ...
Thank you so much, knatz...REALLY and TRULY. Yes, we must stick together...I'm not quite skinner status yet but I'm trying. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/smile.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle"
Me three! I think short/personal 'bios' and info areas by the skinner/artist would be a great boon to this site, maybe call it "brain picking" tabs (I think it would be cool to have a 'pick my brain' section where you could glean a lot of info/help from a skinner willing to give input). I'm sure many advanced skinners tire of helping people with the same questions over and over and over...I'm sure I frustrate a few. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/lol.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absm
knatzz, that bowing and scraping sound is me at your feet btw
THAT WAS IT...geez...you just saved me so many headaches! knatzz I owe you BIG TIME NOW! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Man, whatta dumb mistake too. I didn't even see it!
Yikes. I would if my skin wasn't crashing...the code checks out in skinstudio but now it can't load so something is amiss. AHHHHHHH. Believe me, you don't want this skin crashing your system. Well, now I'm glad I make backup copies. Blech! I'm gonna have to find out what the prob is.
I'm depressed now. The thing is...it's probably something really easy and I'll feel stupid once I figure it out.
Hmm. Maybe I can do a screen shot and up it here.
I have but the margins only seem to effect how the actual image is stretched/tiled but I don't know if there is a way to control how the upper taskbar looks when at it's smallest size...like if you can control that? Or perhaps an image mask is needed or an alternat image for the upper left taskbar when sized down so that it still looks good and consistent rather than cut off like a piece of cardboard sizing into itself. This is getting harder and harder to explain the harder I try. <
I meant vertically btw.
No, but thank you. I mean...when you...ack...how do you say? Uh. Scootch the window closed horizontally to it's smallest size possible? And some skinners do a flawless job of incorporating the upper bar into itself at even the smallest window size. This is hard for me to explain as you see
I'm sorry to disturb the board with my idiotic question but I'm going a little bit crazy with trying to find a way to do this... Is there a way to make your top window frame image (the main one with the title text and buttons etc.) look consistent when you minimize the size manually with your cursor? I notice my skin gets cut-off looking towards the upper left when sized at its smallest window size and I'm disgusted with myself because I can't figure out how to fix this. <img src="http
Do you mean the windows patch? Sheet! I thought so too! >
