I would like to be able to offer trade items to other civilizations and ask "What would you give me in exchange for ......" And to ask for a technology they have by asking "What can I offer you in exchange for ....."

How do you colonize a planet? in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

I just bought the game, I started it, there was already a colony ship there. I sent it to a nearby system with habitable planets, and nothing happened. I can not find a colonize command, months and months are going by and the ship is just sitting there. The same thing happened with the other ship the game starts with, I sent it to some space debri and nothing happens. :notsure:
