I currently playing a game and have just destroyed the last thorian planet. Only problem is the thorians just won't die. I mean they're still there on the diplo screen without any planets. :SURPRISED: First time this happened it CTD. I reloaded last autosave and they surrendered to see without any planets. I reloaded at a different point and they're now planet less. Geez what's a guy got to do to kill them. ;) I'll send the saved games if you want them let me know.

Thanks Megatron. I was using existing parties in the game and on-line to get a general idea of what is already in the game as acceptable values.I'll try it out as you suggested. I've never seen an anomalous score before. I'm assuming from what you said the game warns you before you submit your score.(?) :notsure:

Political Parties in Mods Stardock Forums

I'm creating a new political party I'd like to use in game. The new values are +20 Influence, +20 Diplomacy, and +5 espionage. Will this red flag the metaverse if I submit a game with this party? Is there a general rule regarding how much one can add to a party before it's considered cheating by the metaverse? Any help appreciated thanks :)

Lavalamp good job. I salute you O> I have completed another game ,my superior culture had Dregin systems joining our empire in droves. All the snags,beer, and mullets were just to much for them. 4th Game for Anzac. Slogged it out with the Dregin. Had to build multiple Terror Stars.He never saw it comin. ;) Even after I took out all (but one) of his planets the ego maniac wouldn't sue for peace. Kept telling me the war was just startin and he was going to kick me Arse.Go figure :notsure: He even managed to take out 2 of my own planets. Tough little bugger. Wow my first painful game completed and the quickest game I've ever played. This was a culture victory and I never fired a shot. I have now played the 2 games we contracted out. I will of course stay on until the month is out. I will say this it's great to be in an Empire were everyone is active and trying to get up in the metaverse. A real pleasure being here. Hats off to ya gents. Keep hard at it almost up to 9th place it's so close. ;)

Thanks a bunch Evil Steve. I'll make myself comfy for my month long stay. I feel at home already. Wish I could spend more time going thru all the treads. Time being the one thing I have too little of. I hope the Merc Corp. will add a bit to the metaverse. If I had 4 or 5 blokes topping off an empires score they could easily move an empire up in the standings. So I'm interested to see if this will go anywheres. Obi Wan I believe only one account can be set up at a time. Since the account is tied to your serial number. I don't see anyway around this. Perhaps an enhanced metaverse would take the mercenary element into consideration. Allowing an Merc empire to empty itself of it's members without shutting down the empire. Thanks for the advice Obi Wan I will set it up soon. I have had 2 offers. Anzac Imperium Empire and the Evil Empire. While I am drawn to the Evil Empire (whom I consider my brethren in the dark side)I have decided to give my services for this first month to the Anzac Imperium. The offer of "beer, snags, sun and mullets" is too compelling. The contract will begin tomorrow. I hope during the term of this contract to complete 2 more games as a means of enhancing your position in the metaverse.

LOL The word of a Mercenary is all you need. Trust is the very foundation on which Merc corp. will build it's reputation as the premier Mercenary group (ahum meaning me) in the metaverse. What would be cool is if the Metaverse was enhanced to allow empires to put part of it's points (a percentage over and above what everyone contributes perhaps) in a bank which could be used for mercenaries groups to barter with or empires to wager with. I think the metaverse is the single greatest feature
